Touchstones Counseling Services is based on the belief that people have within them the capacity to change, grow, and to heal; and that counseling is a partnership with the counselor to move toward those goals.
Carolyn Griffith is trained as a family therapist with an emphasis on relationship concerns, life transitions, grief and loss, work place issues and addictions.
She provides counseling services to individual adults, couples and families. Children and adolescents are seen as a part of family counseling.
Carolyn is a lay person who has trained in spiritual direction and also mindfulness practices. She uses these vocational experiences to companion adults seeking to further their own spiritual journey.
Additional services provided by Carolyn are supervision to LPC candidates, clinically oriented consultations for community agencies.
